Warranty Period: The PP (Polypropylene) luggage bags come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and cracks in the material. If the bag breaks anywhere during normal usage, we will replace it with a new one.

Exclusions: 

  • The warranty does not cover the following:
  • Wheels, zippers, or handles.
  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) luggage bags.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days, you can exchange or return the product. The item must be in its original condition and unused.
